I went into Dr. Kim’s for a vision check. Her team was very friendly and insured all test and information was accurate. Communication was excellent and I received text messages reminders prior to my appointment.

Overall, I had a great experience! Dr. Kim was great. She kindly suggested a newer contact lens for me, and I am a creature of habit; I told her I am happy with my brand but would give them a try. She kindly gave me my brand lens and the new brand to try out, and I did not feel pressured to switch brands as I have at other optometrists. The service was excellent; I was in and out in under an hour.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sarah got me checked in quickly and answered my questions. Dawn was awesome and explained everything we were doing in detail. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr Kim was exceptional in explaining the tests and detailed results of my eye exam. An all around exemplary visit. Thank you.
